KetoArc ("we", "our") builds personalized keto meal plans. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.
What we collect
- Quiz answers — height, weight, age, goals, dietary preferences.
- Account details — name and email you provide at checkout, plus your password (stored hashed).
- Billing metadata — a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Weight logs — measurements you record yourself in the dashboard.
How we use it
To calculate your macros, match recipes, run your subscription, send transactional email (setup, password reset, billing), and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. Email hello@ketoarc.app and we'll respond within 30 days. Cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing.
